Week Three Couch to 5k

Ha, ha, what is this, I'm on week three after eight weeks? Anyway, I did it and it felt fine.

creak, groan, ooh. ahh. stiff. sore. i hate getting old. grumble. grumble. reach for the ibuprofen.

still feeling poorly. dh and i are both feeling stiff and sore this a.m. i think it's something we ate. he thinks it is because he ran last night. But all i did was walk. couldn't muster up the energy to do anything else. too tired.

but couldn't sleep, either. sigh.

Tuesday Doldrums

I was very hopeful that I could jump right back into working out, that I could resume where I left off. The jog and weightlifting yesterday was relatively painless, but today I am worn out. I forced myself to walk the dog this morning for 50 minutes, at a slow place, about 2mph, and just enjoyed the absolutely beautiful day. I've been very good about eating well and drinking a lot of fluids.
A long walk on a beautiful day with my dog and a long nap should cure this.
And get me ready and raring to go on my two in a row nights at work.

I'll try to workout on Wednesday.

Catching up on posting

I followed my plan through the first two weeks very well, then fell off due to a long and nasty flu.
Today I've resumed with my plan, today was the third week of Couch to 5k.
The crossfit plan was also week 3: I did deadlift, 42.5 lbs., 15/12/9.
I've also added the "I Can Make You Thin" program. I have listened to the dvd 3x. I'm making my way through the book, too.
