I followed my plan through the first two weeks very well, then fell off due to a long and nasty flu.
Today I've resumed with my plan, today was the third week of Couch to 5k.
The crossfit plan was also week 3: I did deadlift, 42.5 lbs., 15/12/9.
I've also added the "I Can Make You Thin" program. I have listened to the dvd 3x. I'm making my way through the book, too.
