I was very hopeful that I could jump right back into working out, that I could resume where I left off. The jog and weightlifting yesterday was relatively painless, but today I am worn out. I forced myself to walk the dog this morning for 50 minutes, at a slow place, about 2mph, and just enjoyed the absolutely beautiful day. I've been very good about eating well and drinking a lot of fluids.
A long walk on a beautiful day with my dog and a long nap should cure this.
And get me ready and raring to go on my two in a row nights at work.
I'll try to workout on Wednesday.
